​Lynsey Harris is our Head of People bringing nearly 20 years of HR expertise to Heron & Brearley. With a career that expands finance and food manufacturing, Lynsey leads our people strategy which focuses on creating an exceptional experience for all our people across the Group.A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, with an MSc in Human Resource Management, Lynsey is passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity, equity and belonging ensuring all our people feel valued and supported.

​Jenny Harrison is our HR Operations Manager. With many years’ experience across hospitality, retail, and logistics and with global experience within the gaming sector, Jenny brings an operator’s eye for what works on the ground. This breadth of industry insight has shaped Jenny into a versatile and deeply people‑focused HR professional, blending operational know‑how with a commitment to creating a positive workplace. Alongside her full‑time role at Heron & Brearley, Jenny is also training as a workplace counsellor, a path that reflects her natural empathy and her belief in supporting colleagues not just through processes, but through life’s challenges.​Her motto? “Be kind.
