Job description

Trackside is gearing up for the biggest two weeks of the year, and we’re recruiting energetic, enthusiastic people to join our incredible Trackside and Event Team for TT 2026. Whether you’re serving drinks, supporting our pubs, keeping our sites spotless, or helping crowds enjoy the action safely, you’ll be right at the heart of the world’s greatest road races.

 

We have a variety of roles available across our estate, including:

  • Trackside Bar Staff
  • Pub Bar Staff
  • Stewards & Guest Support
  • Back‑Bar & Maintenance Support
  • Litter Pickers & Clean‑up Crew
  • Cellar Person

What you’ll be doing

 

Depending on the role, you could be:

 

Bar Staff

  • Serving drinks efficiently with great customer service
  • Working either at Trackside (TT Grandstand) or supporting our pubs across the estate during peak TT periods
  • Keeping bars clean, stocked, and running smoothly
  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain fast service on busy race days and throughout the festival

Stewards & Guest Support

  • Assisting customers with directions, information, and safety guidance
  • Helping manage crowd flow and ensuring everyone enjoys the event safely
  • Being a friendly, reassuring presence across our venues

Back‑Bar & Maintenance Support

  • Restocking bars and supporting operational tasks
  • Carrying out basic maintenance or setup duties
  • Making sure equipment, stock, and work areas remain in top condition

Litter Pickers & Clean‑up Crew

  • Keeping all Trackside areas clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Managing waste, recycling, and general cleanliness throughout the event
  • Ensuring our venues look their best from first race to last

Cellar Person

  • Bringing in deliveries
  • Rotation of Barrels
  • Barrel changes
  • Gas changes
  • Empties out ready for collection

What we’re looking for

  • Experience is great, but not essential – full training is provided
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Confidence working in busy environments
  • Reliability, friendliness, and team spirit
  • A willingness to get stuck in and support the wider team where needed
