​Jenny Harrison is our HR Operations Manager. With many years’ experience across hospitality, retail, and logistics and with global experience within the gaming sector, Jenny brings an operator’s eye for what works on the ground. This breadth of industry insight has shaped Jenny into a versatile and deeply people‑focused HR professional, blending operational know‑how with a commitment to creating a positive workplace. Alongside her full‑time role at Heron & Brearley, Jenny is also training as a workplace counsellor, a path that reflects her natural empathy and her belief in supporting colleagues not just through processes, but through life’s challenges.
